PLEASE NOTE: There seems to be an issue with this contact form plugin right now – when you hit Send you see some spinning arrows next to the button as if it were still sending and then nothing else happens. From what I can tell the messages get sent immediately and I receive them but then the form does not refresh. I will fix this when I can figure out what is going on or the plugin gets updated.
